Variety of breakfast options kept mornings exciting.

During my stay, I faced several hurdles. The room lacked adequate storage, leaving my belongings disorganized. I found the absence of a coffee maker in the room inconvenient, forcing me to seek coffee in the lobby. The poor quality of the coffee available there was disappointing and not what I expected from a hotel.

There were some shortcomings that detracted from the experience. My room faced a noisy ventilation unit, which made for an uncomfortable stay, especially during meal times when smells crept in. The lack of a tea/coffee maker in the room forced me to trek to the lobby for inferior coffee. the hair dryer was only functional for 30 seconds at a time, making my routine a hassle. To top it off, the bathroom's shampoo quality left much to be desired and didn't quite meet expectations.

the location was super convenient, just a quick walk to the main attractions! plus, the staff were really helpful, always offering complimentary drinks and snacks in the cozy lounge area.

The location is ideal, just a short stroll from both the railway station and city center. The staff were friendly, even if they seemed a bit overworked. I appreciated the generous seating area for breakfast. however, the buffet setup could have been improved to prevent long queues during peak times. I really enjoyed that cozy feeling in the room, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. The sauna on the top floor was an unexpected pleasure after a long day.

Our stay at Comfort Hotel Arctic was delightful! The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety, and we especially loved the delicious ginger shots. The room was spacious with a comfortable double bed and blackout curtains for a great night's sleep. the small sauna on the top floor was a lovely bonus after a long day of exploring.

The Standard Single Room was super clean and the bed was incredibly comfy. I loved that it was just a short 5-minute walk to the bus, making airport transfers so easy. The room had a modern bathroom and the Wi-Fi was reliable.
